Vehicle Parts Lot Arrest with K9 caught on Thermal Cams Eyewitness Surveillance

In the late night hours an intruder entered an Eyewitness monitored vehicle parts lot. He opened a vehicle's hood and police were immediately dispatched. Authorities arrived on site shortly after - two officers with one dog. After EWS provided directions to the operator, the police were able to find the individual hiding in between vehicles and arrested him.
